74 TR6 rich carbs

I took my 74 TR6 in for its emissions test and it is running rich at 2500 RPM.
IT is running fine at idle.  How do i lean out the high speed mixture on the
stock ZS carbs.  I have the ZS tools out in the garage somewhere....
