Here in Stafford County Virginia we started emissions 3 years ago after some
very extensive test ==all test were successfully completed at the largest
truck stop in the state of Virginia, 4 test per day, and usually always with
at least 100 tractor trailers with engine running, I wonder who proved who's
point, tests cost $20.00 each, no charge for a redo within 30 days, the
machines cost 50K, who makes any money on this. "FT"
