The shaft is definitely different (shorter with different splines), but
the pump lobe is a removable sleeve (which you'll also have to have). 
ORS (in the UK) may be able to supply you with the missing bits, they
can convert your non-OD mainshaft to OD for about $100.  The Moss TR6
catalog (viewable online) has an illustration of both parts.

This may not be necessary, if the OD was not under power the last time
it was shifted out of OD.

You'll also need the interlock switch, and most likely to have the TR6
shift cover drilled to accept it.  Don't recall the thread offhand, but
it's metric.
