Well, I finally got off my duff, items 1, 3 (mostly), 4, and 10 (less
radiator cap) should be there in 4-6 weeks. A few other small surprises as
well. By no means in perfect condition, but quite usable I think.
I'm posting this to the list only so others can avoid duplication.
