I was pondering the same thing about the state of AZ. Reason being, it would
be a blast to license Tiny Tim and drive him on the street. I wonder
how many Vettes I could talk into a street Race??? :)

P.S. Motorcycles don't have windshield wipers!!!! Maybe I I can convince the
authorities that it is a 4 wheel motorcycle!!!
