I took delivery of my TR-4 in April, 1963. It was built to my order and was
delivered in BRG with wire wheels on which whitewall tires were mounted. As I
recall whitewalls were standard equipment and I do not remember ordering them
as options. I add that all replacement tires have been blackwalls and in my
experience the blackwalls make the car much faster.
