Here are a few of the possible definitions:

A nightmare
The most fun you can have sitting down
A valuable collection of rust
The quickest route to a divorce known to man
What your psychiatrist dismisses as "displacement activity"
Proof that, 200 years after inventing the Industrial Revolution, Britain 
finally lost its lead in technology

You know that you own an LBC when...

... you ask your wife for car parts for your anniversary present
... you'd rather check the timing than go for a candlelit dinner for two
... the greatest excitement in your life is when the idle speed remains 
constant
... you carry duct tape with you wherever you go
... you are passed by a beautiful woman in a TR3, and you look at the 
car

(Just in case your question actually meant that you wanted the 
abbreviation expanding, it stands for "Little British Car" <g>).
