Piston ceramic coating?

While researching ceramic coating for my manifolds, I came across this
place.  They seem to have a special coating for every part of the engine.
The one that sounds interesting is doing a ceramic coating on the top of the
piston.  Supposed to keep the heat in the cylinder and help prevent carbon
buildup.

Anyone heard anything (positive or negative) about this process?
