It is clearly shilling. I was watching a car a while ago. The price kept
going up by two bidders, both with negligable feedback. I researched it and
they had sold or bought items ONLY from the seller of the car. For the life
of me, I can't see why anyone would bid on an item until the last few seconds
anyway. The only thing bidding during the auction does is drive up the price.
