Thanks Randall, Joe Curry, Dave Massey for your help.  The fan is now
installed with the relay and seems to be working fine.  Haven't had a real
test of the effetiveness, but I was in traffic for awhile and it was great
to switch it on and watch the temp come down instead of stting there cursing
as I watch the temp go up.

The temp stayed nailed at 180 while I was moving so I don't think blocking
the radiator is going to be a big issue.  I am afraid to tell you guys this
part, but the fan is one I picked up at a swap meet for a few dollars, it
came out of a Mercedes and is 16" in diameter.  Only problem is, if I turn
it on while standing still, I have to keep my foot on the brake or it pulls
me into the car in front. :-)
