Hello,

I have the "lip" type rear seal conversion to install on my engine. The kit
I have came from "Dennis Welch Motorsports". The instructions are quite
complete, except that it doesn't say which side of the seal is "out" (it
says be sure to install it the correct way around). I assume that the flat
metal side goes "out", and not the rubber "lips".

The other thing the instructions call for is drilling two more drain holes
along side the stock one (3/8"). The guy at BPNW said that was "optional".
Has anyone else who has installed these kits done this step? I have a drill
press, but it still is a bit scary as it needs to be made at an awkward
angle.

Thanks!
