Been out-of-town - just got around to checking e-mail.
What timing !
I have removed the vinyl (bisket color) from a new set to apply black vinyl - 
while uncovered, I glued a second layet of masonite to the pads.  
Send me your address, I'll trace them tomorrow and mail them to you Monday.
