Harvey,
I got a set of horn for the TR3a and they were not working. I had found an
old english auto electics guy and he rebuilt them for me. Completely
cleaned them up and even tuned them so they now sound perfect together. One
had a sand wasp in it! On mine the one that didn't work, the actuator pin
was siezed in place with a little corrosion. If your are anything like the
tr3 ones then simply popping the cap off t take a quick look should be easy.
Otherwise, finding an auto electrics guy locally should be easy.
