As with anything else, "You get what you pay for". If you put a
$400-$500 Maaco paint job on a car, it will look like a $400-$500
paint job (probably even from quite a distance).
I recently had my TR6 professionally repainted (some body
work was done and the shop did all the trim removal & replacement,
etc.). I paid nearly 10x the Maaco price, and am happy with the re-
sults.
