Paul, you have no idea how much trouble you can get involved in asking for
something like a false title of a motor vehicle, here in Virginia you are
subject to 25 years in prison, yes 25 years for knowingly falsifying a title
of a motor vehicle, every state in the US has provisions for a "lost Title",
just take your bill of sale and go into your local DMV office and that
should be it, you may have to get the numbers verified by the State Police,
no big deal to do this the right & legal way. "FT"
