I'd appreciate some suggestions about where the problem is.
On my 72 stag, the temperature gauge is useless. it stays at cold, then
swings to overheating, then to normal, then back to cold, etc. I think
someone told me that if you ground out the wire at the sensor, the gauge
goes to overheating which tells you the gauge and wire are ok, yes??
