So so bureaucrat that can't spell decides what's right in spelling. My 7th
grade English teacher would roll over in her grave knowing that we Americans
are butchering the English language, because we are to lazy to learn how to
spell properly. Dang, after almost 40 years, the old bat is still hasseling
me about spelling.
