Rocker alignment

Thanks to all that responded about the end rocker alignment with valves. It 
looks like the problem is that the end springs are on the wrong side of the 
rockers.  The machine shop reassembled the rocker shaft assembly, apparently 
the 
wrong way. Makes me a little suspect of their other work now.
