TR4 Firewall Grommets

My 1963 TR4 has three grommets side-by-side on the firewall near the brake
and clutch master cylinders (LHD). Right now, the tachometer cable comes
through the rightmost grommet, the speedometer cable and oil pressure line
come through the center grommet, and nothing at all comes through the
leftmost grommet (which is behind the master cylinder assembly). What is
wrong with this picture?
