Why not rent a trailer for the day - then you don't have to worry either way.
I don't know what rentals are like in your area but last time I did it in UK
it was under US 40.  Local trailer sales outlets may well have a car
transporter trailer for rent.

While I'm here - what make/model supercharger, would I be correct in assuming
you are blowing through carbs and are they the standard ones ?
