~ 70 to 82 Ford Courier is a  Mazda "B" series pickup.  Some car MCs might be 
the same as well.

Ford has owned a part of Mazda for years.  To make things come full circle, 
the  ~1998 to present Mazda trucks are now rebadged Ford Ranger/ Explorer.


While I am on the subject, ~ 70 - 82 Chevy LUV truck is a  Isuzu pickup GM 
has owned a large part of Isuzu for years.  

Dodge D- 50 is a  Mitsubishi pickup Chrysler has owned part if Mits for years
