TR3A Hardtops

Hello, everyone.

In New Hampshire, there's a period between mid-October and sometimes December,
when it's too cold to drive with the top down, but it hasn't snowed yet.
Similarly, there's a period from April to May.  Decidedly top-up weather, but
okay if it extends the driving season.

Two questions:  1)  Is the hardtop for the TR3A less drafty than the soft top?
...And 2), do any aftermarket suppliers supply hardtops?
