How was his estimate of your speed determined?......Had his radar been
callibrated that day?????..........had his speedometer been calibrated that
day?????......were you in traffic flow and not passing anyone?....if so, why
didn't he
pick them up as well?........had you checked you speedo anytime recently????
(like mile signs.....) If you are going to go to court.......have someone
check you speedo for accuracy with a certificate.......also check the ticket
for
complete accuracy.......Lic #, place of alleged offense,

In my experience............he'll be there...........to collect the
money..........if not.........you're home free..........and
Man.......sorry!!!........but you are in Texas.......with them really dumb, out
of touch, sparsely
trained, judges!!!,,,,,,,,,some of them have no law degree
what-so-ever!........Who
don't like them dam for-in-ers!

My advice?......fight if you have the time........and count on
losing.........I'd do it......cause I would be soooo angry!........but consider
your time
and how many hours you will have to work to pay the ticket.......and/or fight
and lose and pay the ticket, and/or fight and win!

Good Luck!!!

Clark
