Gotta read that fine print !

When I ordered a set of Moss UK catalogs a few years ago, I made sure to
request "cheapest possible" shipping, rather than their usual air mail.
ISTR it was only about 5 GBP and took about 3 weeks.

Not sure why, but it seems that most UK vendors consider air mail to be the
default shipping method to the USA.  Some refuse to ship any other way.
