engine rebuild

hi  everyone

i have gott  to  rebuild  the  engine in  my  tr6. It is  going  to  have  to 
 be  bored and  i  was wondering what  parts  i  should  replace. I figure  
to  replace  the  pistons and  rings and  the  bearings. Where  should  i  buy  
my  parts  and  who  should  i  avoid. I would  like  to  do  this  as  cheap 
 as  possible with out terrible  quality. I  know  this  might  be  asking  
alot.
