Steven,

Have you looked at the Halogen Classic Driving Lamps that Moss offers
(162-835)?  At $34.90 they seem pretty reasonable and seem to have the
appropriate look.

I don't know about reverse lamps... I do see them on eBay quite often, but
that's about it.
