replacing order with seals and floorpan

Hi,
I am replacing one floorpan at a time and the tub is still on the chassis.  I
also need to replace both the inner and outer seals.  Although I know your
only suppose to replace one panel at a time, however, wouldn't it be smart to
replace the left seals while the left floorpan is off?
