My wife has a patient who was a photographer for Road & Track from
1951-1955. He took pictures of the races in Northern California
(e.g., Pebble Beach 17 Mile, Goldengate, Moffit Field). He still has
B&W photos of just about every car that took part in those races. He
is trying to decide what to do with them. I told my wife I would
ask the collective wisdom of this list for any suggestions of any
retail interest in such items, or how/where to sell them.
He is on kidney dialysis so his ability to travel is very limited.
I have never met the gentleman nor do I have any financial interest -
although my wife has promised him that we will take the TR3 up to his
home some nice weekend and take him for a ride. ;-)
Any suggestions or ideas???
