At best it would be due to the adjuster screw loosening up, or inaccurate 
setting to begin with.

If only found on a couple of valves, then it might be due to cam or tappet 
wear.  This wear usually accelerates quickly if it is happening.  Reset the 
valves and check again in 100 miles.  If the same valves are loose again.  It 
is probably a very "bad" thing.  After tightening, use a dial gauge on the 
rockers and see if the formerly loose ones are moving less.  If they are less, 
then you have confirmed that the cam lobes are going bad.  It would be best to 
fix it now.
