TR4 crank thrust washers

Does anyone know the actual thickness of a new standard size  
crankshaft thrust washer for the TR3 - 4A engine?

Or, the .005 oversize washers? I am doing rod bearings and will put  
in new thrust washers (haven't bought them yet) and would like to  
determine how much mine are worn.
