[TR] alternator conversion kit

Has anyone tried this conversion kit -

It seems much easier than changing the pulleys out. I know that there
are some advantages to the thinner belts, but all of the thin belt
conversion seem to require losing the stock fan. My car runs cool, so
moving to an electric fan seems unnecessary to me.
