Slightly over 14v.  How much over depends on temperature, with cold being
higher.

Of course, that is governed by the regulator, which is a separate unit on a
TR250.  The alternator will happily put out much more, if not controlled.

Also note that there are two different varieties of the 4TR regulator.  The
TR250 takes the 4-pin variety, while early Stags take the 3-pin.
