Most businesses use one of three naming conventions for email addresses, so
try emailing the three below and you may get lucky.
charles@the-roadster-factory.com
crunyan@the-roadster-factory.com
charles.runyan@the-roadster-factory.com
This worked for me when I emailed the President of Netflix on an unresolved
issue. I tried all three and got a hit.

Sorry to bomb the list, but I'm at my wit's end (very short trip). I have
some issues with TRF returns that have gone unresolved since February. In
the last two weeks I've left 4 messages for Charles to return my calls - no
joy; seems he comes and goes, has no schedule. Before I air the dirty
laundry on the 'Net, I'd like to give him a chance to set things right.
