On the right-angle drive for the speedo cable, is the knurled part on the
angle drive supposed to rotate freely? On mine it doesn't and I don't want
to force it but so far the only way I can see to install the thing is to
rotate the entire assembly, and have it end up in an unfavourable position.
How does one free it up? I want to go gently since it appears to be of soft
metal, brass or bronze I guess.
