I must be missing something, Bob.  If you don't drive particularly hard, why
do you want to modify the brakes ?

It ain't broke, why fix it ?

The basic concept is that the rear brakes do relatively little of the
braking, so are much less likely to overheat.

However, if you want them, TSi can supply 'Kevlar' lined rear shoes.  (He
may need your old shoes first, not sure about that.)
