Try setting the out going mail to plain text, no attachments as the list does
not like resource eating fluff.
Also please make sure the auto quote function is shut off, some listers have
this function on, quote a entire long e mail ( and sometimes multiple e mails
as the thread goes along ) then reply " Me too". This is another resource
waster.
