Or better still, why not post the file to an internet side and make it
downloadable. Then anybody can go to that site and simply save the file
onto their computer.

Unfortunately, even 11Mb is too large for nearly all email systems.
What you need to do is find the "split zip file" option in WinZip, and
generate two or more smaller files.

Then email each of the smaller files to Glenn (in separate emails) and he
can recombine them.
