My TR3 had two stacked under each one.  BTW, I was able to find the material
by-the-foot at my nearby FLAPS.

You can buy shims for the receiver (the part that bolts to the inner
fender) and shim it up to reach the Dzus.  (TRF #553001)  stack up as many
as you need.
