Did either of you guys in this predicament think of the following? How
about flying to _____, buying a used flatbed truck, driving it back to
_____ with pallet loaded on back, and then selling the truck? In the
'good old days' if there ever were any, it used to be possible to either
make money, or at least break even on such deals. This was especially
true heading into California. My family moved to California using a van
bought from a defunct music shop. We sold the van at enough of a profit
to pay for most of the gas for the trip. Talk about your dust bowl days!
