Blue flagging a vintage race is made more difficult by the fact that some
guys in faster cars don't drive them as fast as guys in slower cars. This
happens some in SCCA races (usually regionals), but is far more common in
vintage races. 

I invite any driver who feels the "single finger salute" to a corner worker
is at any time appropriate, to spend a day working in my station as the
blue flagger.
