I was told once that if you spin at a turn and the wall is on the outside, 
hit the gas and you'll spin out away from the wall. If the wall is on the 
inside, lock up the brakes.

I actually had the presence of mind to try this once at Laguna, I went 
shopping for a new car the next day.
