Here's a website devoted to Crosley with links and everything. Maybe you
can find some destination for your "find".

I have a Crosley "CoBra" (copper-brazed) sheetmetal engine in my shop as a
"show & tell" conversation item. It is amazing, the bare block/cylinder
head unit weighs about 12 pounds; you can pick it up with two fingers. It
has a single overhead cam with a vertical shaft drive through bevel gears
and an aluminum crankcase. There was a version of the Crosley motor used in
the "Bearcat 55" outboard motor which was developed considerably from the 26
hp car engine. It was mounted vertically and drove the lower unit off the
nose of the crank, dry sumped of course. There was a "Bearcat 85" also
which used as it's powerhead, the Coventry-Climax FWB 1500 cc motor. I have
one of those as well. Bill Hutton can make a 6500 rpm vintage race motor
out of a Bearcat 85 if you'll sign a large check!
