I can help a bit.... the '4304' is 43D4, the distributor type. It's the same as 
the vacuum type 45D4 except for the blanking plate. The '3685' is the build 
date, 36th week of 1985. The hand engraving may be from an aftermarket tuner, 
maybe Piper or something.

you've got.
