Before i run at laguna seca again this (late)fall, i know i'll need to decrease
the engine exhaust noise. when i ran on the 92 db test day it was too loud,
but OK on race day (98db)... that w the old engine, new one will be louder. I
have a magnaflow standard muffler now.
so, the question is add a super trapp or just get another quieter muffler??? I
know adding some engine compartment will also help, but since it's hard guess
how much to add to be within tolerances, i'm not sure what all to do.
Suggestions??
