I don't believe there is anyone offering them for sale commercially.  Tony
Rhodes had his machine shop class make some a few years back, but they were
quickly sold.  Been meaning to make one myself, if I ever find a suitable
chunk of steel for cheap.

but I'd guess you're looking at a lot of money to have a shop build you one.

One alternative is to ship your axles to Herman van den Akker.  He has a
fancy hydraulic hub puller that he designed himself.  Don't know how much he
would charge (if anything) but it won't be much.
