The voltage regulator in the alternator has died. Pull your alternator and take it to an auto electric shop. They will test it for free, and if it is dead they will rebuild it for you. Expect to pay

Thanks to Vance, Dick, and Berry, The more I thought about it and from other's messages I decided to drop by AutoZone and pickup a remanufactured Delco unit of the exact same model I currently have.
