Has anyone put a fine spline 69-70 Alpine GT transmission in their Series I-V Alpine? Can I keep my pressure plate and just use a fine spline clutch disc? Are the gear ratios the same? Thank you. Tom

I have always identified Alpine heads by the casting date. After looking over the ones I have, I noticed that all the 1600 heads were casting # 1980813 and that the one 1725 head I had was casting #1
