The two tires are substantially different. The 5.90x13 was for European cars (specifically British) and was a variation of the 5.20/5.60 tire. The 6.00x13 was specifically for American compacts (Corv

If a 5.60x15 is 25.90, then a 5.60x13 should be 23.90 (there is no difference in the tire, only the wheel). I did the math years ago on the Minx with a 4.55 and it came out to 3500 RPM at 60 MPH (thi
