I dont belive its the duty of tech to make violation calls outside of the specific safety related duties. Each driver assumes responsibility for knowledge of what is required to run the day legally.

IO-Port has a really nice suction-mount for a camera. $99 I think. Do yourself a favor..get a wide-angle lens for your camera..really makes the view look a lot faster than with the standard lens the

You dont need one..have them prove it. Go jury trial, ask what method was used to determine your exhaust was illegal. It'll take 30 minutes to walk outta court on that one.
