Actually the holes are directly over the rear frame cross rail and are quite neatly drilled. I thought maybe they were for wiring. It is a 67 1600 btw. drain be they

Survey says: Holes are bad, make them go away. They are close enough to the rear of the car I can just unbolt the body, lift it a bit, and weld in a patch from underneath. Thanks for the responses ev
